Topic: Bodies Of Water. The land of blue rivers and lakes
— to form an idea of the diversity of water bodies, their features, to acquaint students with major water bodies (major rivers and lakes);
— to promote students awareness of the value of wetlands as important natural resources of our country, its role in the conservation of exhaustible water resources, fostering a sense of admiration for the beauty of nature of your country;
— to continue the development of skills to read a map – display on the physical map of Belarus water bodies – rivers and lakes, ability to work independently with the textbook.
Equipment: cards with tasks for independent work, physical map of Belarus, contour maps, folding table “Sources of pollution and measures to protect water bodies”.
